For more than eight decades, the Law Offices of Joseph W. Campbell has represented plaintiffs in the Alameda and San Francisco Bay Areas. Our firm was founded in 1931 as Nichols & Richard. Joseph W Campbell and another partner took over the practice in 1978, becoming the forerunner to our current legal firm. We are happy to have represented clients in 58 counties across California, as well as the state’s federal courts and federal courts in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Joseph W. Campbell
Joseph W. Campbell was born and raised in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and pursued a law degree at the University of California's Boalt Hall School of Law. In 1972, he was admitted to the California bar. From 1973 through 1981, Mr. Campbell served his country as a United States Air Force reserve captain.
Elizabeth B. Moreno
We are happy to announce Elizabeth B. Moreno's joining our legal team at The Law Offices of Joseph W. Campbell. After completing her undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University, Ms. Moreno graduated with a Certificate in Law and Social Justice from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Due to Ms. Moreno's fluency in Spanish, our legal practice is able to provide services to a far wider range of clients.
